SULO acquired on 11 January the INOVIM Group. In recent years, both companies have distinguished themselves as innovative service providers for the waste management industry and as strong partners for the recycling industry in the Benelux market. Based on the new partnership, the parties can provide, with all their products and services, a very complete range of waste collection equipment to the market. By leveraging each other's knowledge and expertise in the process, positions in the market will be further strengthened. The companies of SULO and INOVIM will continue to operate alongside each other.

The INOVIN Group was founded in 1998 and offers services around container distribution, access control and maintenance of collection containers as well as software and hardware solutions for waste management companies, waste disposal including collection containers. SULO primarily stands for innovative collection containers above and below ground, but also markets identification and weighing systems as well as software solutions. The current transaction complements several acquisitions made by both partners in recent years in the Benelux countries.

Currently, the INOVIM Group, which includes D&C, Aloatec Ident Systems, Ecoxpress and TWS, employs around 125 people at two locations each in Belgium and the Netherlands. The INOVIM Group will remain an independent company, the management consisting of Patrick Diericks as CEO and Michel Joosten as General Director will stay on board and embody this continuity. Of course, we will use synergies, first and foremost in our products, which in the right interaction can deliver even more value for our customers on the way to more circular economy.

In the globally active SULO Group, the Benelux region gains significantly in importance with this transaction, alongside France, Germany, Spain and the Scandinavian countries.
